The reason for the demand is the producers' complaint about the release from the first class VAT.
“Every beginning of the year, local producers are obliged to apply to ATK for release of VAT for the first imported subject, while after its approval, implementation in Dogana begins. Early years of reviewing demand has been made for a shorter period of time, which has not prevented ongoing production businesses”.
This year businesses are facing problems because they are not considering these demands, the first item is left unpassed in Dogan, and businesses are therefore being forced to pay for the stay of trucks and refrigerators on terminals and is creating obstacles to the <x1 source.
Kosovo's Afarism Oda requires the necessary measures to take on the problem.
OAk once requires that local producers be supported, allowing them to make the introduction of the first course in Customs until the apps from ATK are considered.
It also requires that this procedure be removed so that businesses are not obliged to apply annually.
It becomes known that the demand in question has also been addressed to Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj.
