Two months earlier the same commission had not examined complaints with the reasoning that it is not competent, writes Koha Ditore today.
Following this move, outgoing Ferit Idrizi, Isni Kryeziu, Drita Kadriu, Murtesa Osdautaj and Alush Istog have filed complaints with the Independent Council for Civil Service (KPMSHCK), who had asked the August Commission to reconsider the complaints once again.
The KKPSHCK had concluded that the STAT Commission, not considering complaints, has acted contrary to the Law for Civil Servants, the Law on General Administration Procedures, and with order for the procedures to resolve disputes and complaints. In spite of that, the August 8th Commission has ruled by rejecting the directors' complaints as groundless.
