According to Mushkolaj, there is already a framework for the final Kosovo- Serbia

Analyst Imer Mushkolaj has declared today that there is already a framework agreement on which the final agreement between Kosovo and Serbia is expected to be reached in the dialogue being held in Brussels for normalising the reports.

Mushkolaj made these comments today on KTV's “Express” and just a day after Koha Ditore reported that the resolution for dialogue with Serbia was violated by the state delegation itself.
It envisioned the delegation's finalisation of the dialogue platform within a month, since the resolution would be approved by MPs, but the task was not carried out even Wednesday, when the 31-day extended deadline was reached.

Imer Mushkolaj's analyst at “Express Interview” has said this is not the first violation Kosovo institutions have committed.
He has said Thaci will not hand over any documents to the negotiating team, but will only openly announce the process thus far.

“The platform is too late, Hoxhaj said it will be carried out in 10 days but is expected to be seen. I don't know what documentation they're waiting for. I think Thaci has nothing to offer. And this could happen to be resolved through a meeting with the president who would orally tell them what happened so far in the” dialogue, Mushkolaj said.

According to him, this process has started backwards until it adds that there is no transparency at all.

If we discuss with one of the negotiating team, they'll tell us about recognition, but not on what terms. According to Mushkolaj, it is not there that the delegation will stop the president.

“thought parallel talks would be held. We are in a situation where it is said that a final agreement will be reached by May or June. I believe there's a framework of the deal, not imposed. It's normal to have other meetings, which are not public. I believe there is that framework on which the deal is expected to be reached”, Mushkolaj said.

He also adds that, “, I believe, will not only decide Thaci and Vuciqi, but also the major powers -- the US, Russia and the EU”.

Until he adds that Mitrovica can only become one if an agreement is reached in Brussels.
