The United Education, Science and Culture Union has made the decision to continue the teachers' strike despite the government's decided to raise the salaries of teachers.

However, three municipalities in the country have so far emerged against this SBASK decision.

Bashkim Ramosaj, chairman of Decani, through a post on his official profile on the social Facebook network, has announced he met with representatives of the Municipal Education Directorate (DKA), and has made a decision tomorrow to start the learning process.

“S, along with the director of the DKA, we met at my office the directors of the Decan municipality school. At this extraordinary meeting, we agreed to start with the learning process today. I invite all teachers and students to be at school facilities by regular time”, Ramosj reported on Facebook.

Ramosaj, too, invited at 8: 00 a.m. to a meeting of the Grevist Council and representatives of the SBASK.

I have invited the Grevist Council and union representatives at 8:00 to be at a meeting in my office, in order to overcome this situation which, after Prime Minister Haradinaj's statement, is not acceptable to continue”, Remosaj wrote.

The Elez Khan Community has also asked the teachers to resume learning.

Director of the Directorate for Culture Education Youth and Sports in this municipality Menduh Vlashi says that following the increase of salaries for teachers by Ramush Haradinaj's Government must resume.

“Director for Cultural Education Youth of the Elez Khan Community, following the positive reflection of the Government for raise in wages, we seek from the teachers and students of our municipality to resume learning, with the best intention of not missing classes from our children. We as municipal institutions are devoted together with you and all the acters so as not to be harmed by the” learning process, Vlashi said.

On the other hand, Abdulhadi Krasnic, chairman of Mamsuza, has said that following the Kosovo Government's decision to raise wages for teaching teachers in the municipality he leads will begin tomorrow.

After the Republika Srpska prime minister's decision that Kosovo's salaries will be raised by educators of the Republic of Kosovo, all primary education and primary school students “Anadolu” and high school “atürk” are announced that the lesson in the Mamusha Town will begin at the date of 21.01.2019 on Monday” Krasnic wrote.

Kline has joined municipalities demanding that the learning process resume tomorrow.

The mayor of this municipality, Zenun Elezaj, has asked for the second half anniversary to begin tomorrow by writing a Facebook account.

Elezaj has welcomed the government's decision to raise wages, as reflection on the strikers' demands.

Otherwise, the government of Kosovo has allocated 20m euros a year to all educators, but this decision by the SBASK is viewed as unfair because, as they say in SBASK, this decision does not meet their demands.

According to SBASK, the decision Prime Minister Haradinaj has is only 10 per cent of the teacher's cofficient and not 30 per cent as they are demanding, and therefore have decided to continue the strike.
