German mediamen Deutche Welle writes that British prosecutor Allan Tiger will work in establishing charges for former KLA commanders at the Special Court. Tiger in the past has been prosecutor at The Hague Tribunal and has worked in establishing charges for Slobodan Milosevic's Ratko Mladic.
Special Court for Kosovo spokesman Christofor Bennett has indicated that the number of investigators this Court will commit will run until 75.
Bennett, meanwhile, has said that with the preparation of charges for former KLA members being taken by Prosecutor Allan Tiger, the man who worked at The Hague Tribunal and who has filed charges against Slobodan Milosevic's Ratko Mladic.
In an interview for the DW, Bennett has shown that the number of investigators depending on developments will increase.
Special investigators in their mandate should work solely on crimes related to Dick Marty's report, where, among other things, “The crimes of Serbian forces are documented, denounced and judged as possible”.
He continued to explain that the Kosovo prosecution has been cooperative with them. Bennett refuses to answer the question of whether there will be co-operation in the opposite direction, if one of the special investigators identifies a crime that does not relate to Dick Marty's report would this Kosovo prosecutor be handed over? “
