The government's last decision for 2018, dated 28 December, had enjoyed KPC and KSF pensioners.
Allowing double pensions for former KPC and KSF members was done under the argument that such a practice continue until the final interpretation of social schemes laws by the institution in charge of this competence, KTV reports.
But for such interpretation to be required, it had been the recommendation of the National Auditor's Office.
KTV has seen a letter that Deputy General Administrator Emine Fazliu had launched to Labour Ministry Secretary Izedin Bytyqi on December 24th, warning that two of the problems that have been recorded in recent years, the one with double pensions and pensions for employed persons, will also be in the report for 2018, expected to be published.
And considering that such findings had been repeated over the years, they had recommended clarifying legislation at an institution tasked with this competence.
KTV has asked for an answer and an interview by Labour Minister Skender Recica, but has not received positive answers from the ministry's press office.
The need for the elimination of double-understanding legislation and the inclusion of social schemes in a law, Blendy Haysey, researcher at the GAP institute, argues with financial means that divide into two categories.
i The KPC's KPC, in November last year, protested within the ministry after one of the pensions they benefited had been stopped.
This minister is currently in the first stages of the release of new legislation, aimed at establishing a basic law to eliminate separate laws for each of the beneficiary categories.
