The announcement of the court's decision in this case has been postponed for February 8th, reports “Koha Ditore”.

LDK MP Naser Osmani, part of this act, is in the quality of Kosovo Privatisation Agency board member (AKP). Part of the indictment is Bahri Shaban, Melita Ymeraga, Shkelzen Luka, Naim Avdiu and Adrian Kelmendi who were either officials in the AKP and businessman Agim Dodishku, who privatised the “factory. FAN”

Judgment in case “FAN” is one of the cases marked for visa liberalisation.

According to the indictment, Bahri Shaban's Nasser Osmani is charged with co-ordination with other officials and exploiting official duty at the Kosovar Privatisation Agency, not fulfilling obligations in the way they have enabled illegal property buyers of the New Enterprise “FAN-Podujevo”, Sh.P.K. MP Agim Dodishk worth about 5,400,000 euros.

Other officials charged with being charged by the Special Prosecution for not monitoring investments; no measures have been taken to implement the contract, as well as failed to verify financial documentation handed over by investor Dodyscu.

On the other hand, investor Agim Dodishk is accused of fraud, which through false documentation has misled AKP officials and through this caused this financial damage to the institution.
