Representatives of the Ministry of Trade and Industry (MTI), led by MTI Ministry's Chief of Cabinet, Durim Limaj; along with KIESA General Director Nol Buzhala and Investment Promotive Sector Leader Kresnik Thaqi, participated in the Economic Forum, carried out with 16,01.2019 in the United Arab Emirates (EBA), which is organised by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry through the Investment Agency for Investment and Enterprises in Kosovo <2> and with Kosovo Minister of Foreign Affairs, Kosovo's Minister of Foreign Affairs, Obama Office, Ohden of the United Arab Trade and Industry.
Representatives of participating businesses from the EBA were announced for services to the Ministry of Trade and Industry, the competitiveness of Kosovo companies, as well as opportunities for investments in Kosovo and co-operation that can be interconnected between businesses and governments in both countries. A detailed presentation on investment conditions and potentials has been realised by KISA representatives.
A large number of EBA business representatives and business representatives from Kosovo have participated in the forum. At the same time after the institutions' presentations from both countries, the forum has continued with the realisation of B2B meetings between businesses in both countries, as well as G2B meetings.
Through the public invitation made by representatives of the Oda for Market and Industry of Sharjah, Kosovo businesses have visited the largest manufacturing and surveillance equipment sector fair, which began on January 14th until January 17th, 2019, in Sharyah, the EBA. In this case, Kosovo businesses have been given the opportunity to make direct contacts as well as convey the message and readiness of bilateral co-operation
