Kosovo's stance has been promoted immediately after President Trump's statement that the US recognises Venezuela's self-declared president as legitimate and temporary until holding free elections.
Venezuela's new president, Juan Guaido, follows many controversial Nicholas Maduro, who was the successor of dictator Hugo Chavez. Venezuela's notorious regime is known for its strong ties with Belgrade and for its anti-Kosovo position.
In his statement at Twitter Pacolli, he wrote that Kosovo expects the construction of bilateral reports with Venezuela after the country's democratisation and stabilisation.
