He has said police are identifying the leaders of these criminal acts and will soon bring them to justice.
In this interview given to the newspaper “The new age”, Qalaj has said fighting crime and corruption is the main target of police.
According to him, fighting crime and corruption should be done for the country's future, and not because of visa liberalisation and European integration.
Qalaj has called for the assistance of institutions for Kosovo Police to become as soon as possible with health insurance and life insurance.
He has suggested that Kosovo police will also make efforts to join INTERPOL.
