Kosovo citizens never go to doctor without getting sick

Identifying the causes of patients' discontent with accepted health services, as well as measuring the level of population knowledge concerning public competence and the role of the Kosovo Medical House.
The survey has surveyed 1500 patients, with half of them being men and half women from 26 Kosovo municipalities. Most of the residents have been 18-40 years old, and most of the interviews are conducted in the CKUK and QKMF of municipalities.
Survey results over patients' most frequent complaints
Lack of labor tools at health institutions 4 out of 5 patients have encountered a lack of medical means
Disrespecting working hours from staff only 1 out of 3 patients thinks doctors respect work schedules
Lack of information on their drugs and side effects half the patients are unhappy with the doctor's clarifications on the use of drugs and their side effects
Lack of medical staff more than half the patients think staff is insufficient
Unequal treatment of patients only half the patients feel that patients are treated equally
Points where patients are satisfied
Medical Diagnostic Capacity 9 out of 10 patients have confidence in medical diagnostics
The doctor's willingness to answer questions: 9 out of 10 patients are satisfied with the doctor's willingness
Medical staff behavior 9 out of 10 patients are pleased with the behavior of medical staff
Time devoted during a visit by 7 out of 10 patients is satisfied with a doctor's time during the visit
The largest turnout of respondents has said it has never been for voluntary visits to the doctor”, the survey conducted by students says. Even those who have claimed otherwise have said that they do not remember when they visited the doctor.
The majority of Kosovo patients, about 53 percent, are satisfied on average with the medical services in Kosovo. 24 percent are very satisfied, while 23 percent are less satisfied
