Currently, 250 thousand weapons are in the hands of Kosovars, but within a month only tens of them appeared for legalisation.
And the reason for the small number of legalisation requirements seems to be the high price of the procedure.
The penal code envisions fines of up to 7 thousand and 500 euros, or prison sentences of up to 5 years for illegal possession.
We were sentenced to 2 to 10 years in prison, also for illegal possession of four or more weapons and more than 400 bullets. The legalisation campaign began in December and will last six months.
