US and Israel have abandoned U n NESTO because it is considered anti-Israelan and because the agency had previously criticised Israel for its invasion of East Jerusalem.
During October 2017, American President Donald Trump and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu have announced the flight notice from this agency.
United States has requested key “reform” in U NESTO, which is known for protecting cultural heritage.
