Ilir Meta does not decree two Kosovo ministers

President Ilir Meta launched Saturday morning decreeing changes in Government, a day after the prime minister's headquarters had reached his table with Edi Rama's firm. The head of state has decreed the dismissal of Deputy Prime Minister Senida Messiah and Ministers Nikola, Ahmetaj, Gjiknuri, Peleshi, Godbaro and Qato.
What stands out is the fact that President Meta has not decreed the dismissal of Foreign Minister Ditmir Bushati, though he has given no explanation for this.
To precede a situation similar to that created several weeks ago with Interior Minister Sander Lishi, sources from the prime minister told Top Channel that Prime Minister Rama this time preferred to send his own names to President Meta, with whom he met Friday evening.
Of the new ministers, Meta decreed the appointment within just a few hours of those four who are part of the Parliament. It's a decree as Erion Brace deputy prime minister, and as ministers of Bldi Cucci, Eduard Shalsi and Elisa Spiropal, for whom the head of State seems to have respected the principle that if you meet the criteria for being an MP you can also be a minister.
For other names proposed by Rama, namely Besa Sahin as Education Minister Gent Kaka as foreign minister, Anila Denaj as Finance Minister Belinda Balluk as Transport and Energy Minister and Elva Margariti as Culture Minister, President Meta is taught that he has launched a process of verifications, for which the Constitution recognises 7 days.
The new ministers are expected to be approved by parliament with the launch of the new session on January 21st.
