Haradinaj: We will punish those who announce a million tender for Plasma

He said that it was reported by the media and that all responsible institutions have already been contacted.

He even warned of legal procedures for them.

“Today, in the media I have announced for the tender announced by the AQP, which may be contrary to public procurement laws. We have already contacted responsible institutions and are awaiting clarification of the problem and identification of responsible persons, to whom procedures will immediately be initiated in accordance with the laws in force”, Haradinaj wrote.

Food products produced in Serbia, such as “Plasma”, “Eurochrem”, “Smoky”, but some are also meant to be bought through public tender 23. Five million announced by the Central Procurement Agency (AQP) despite Kosovo's already imposed a 100% tax on products imported from Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The documents provided by the newspaper “Voice” appear to be destined for many central, local, but independent institutions operating in our country.

In the fourth category of this tender among the many products planned for purchase, there are 7218 packets of 150-pound plasma. Also, in this category of tender, 727,284 pieces of eurocrem are meant to be purchased, or the equivalent of 50 pounds [50 kg], as well as 2448kg of eurochrem or equivalent. In the 23 million-euro tender file as never before, products to be purchased are named after name, although such an act is prohibited by law.

Contacted by the Voice, AQPA Director Behxhet Rukiqi says they are unaware of products that have been sought through this tender, but when the paper has asked him that plasma produced in Serbia is also required, he said that the data has remained earlier and that they will be changed.
