Kosovo Deputy Speaker Xhavit Haliti has countered Vetevendosje leader Albin Kurti, who today urged Kosovo President Hashim Thaci to go to The Hague prison.
He has called this Kurt statement unacceptable and low.
It's the moral degradation of the individual who wants to lead a very important man to the political scene in prison for the war he has done. It's extremely unacceptable to me. I don't think we should be happy about those who fought and went to jail. If he's committed crimes, if he's killed innocent people after the war, it's another conversation, but it seems too low, so you can tell him, a former colleague of yours, go to The Hague. If they call him, he goes, he's not one of those men who doesn't go”, Haliti told KTV's Rubik.
According to Kosovo Assembly Deputy Chairman Xhavit Haliti, the Special Court will invite all persons who were mentioned in Dick Marty's report on Kosovo.
In KTV's Rubik, she said if the Special found any evidence she would call every individual who mentioned Marty in the report. /Time.net
