Unlike government, citizens say roads are impassable from snow

Citizens have announced that national roads and those in Kosovo municipalities are currently uncleaned and difficult to pass.

All because of the snowfalls yesterday and until this morning.

It is also in the capital, where most major roads are uncleaned, as are all those roads considered secondary. /Kosovo pres/
