The Kosovo government has approved the draft code of the Criminal Procedure.
The Kosovo government at the regular meeting has approved the draft code of the Criminal Procedure.
In this case, Justice Minister Abelard Tahiri has said that this Hill has harmonised with the 12 acts of the European Union.
“From 457 articles, 220 of them have been reviewed and reformed according to best legal and judicial practices. This code has harmonised with 12 EU acts”, Tahiri has declared.
He made it known that among the changes made to this code, there is also the presumption of all official persons for whom the indictment arises.
The basic changes to this code refer to the suspension of high officials for which the indictment arises, so this applies to all official persons charged with corruption acts”, Tahiri said.
