After a week of work, the theatre actors of Gjilan have not been able to continue the evidence. Financial difficulties have led them to discontinue the process of installing the “applicant” by author Zef Skiroin directed by Blerta Rrustemi-Neziright. The show was scheduled to be ready for the traditional “Flaka of January” festival.
But the Gjilan municipality owes 12 theatre actors. They haven't received salaries in five months. For this they stopped testing on the 27th day of December, just a week after they started them.
As long as the theatre management does not describe the situation as very problematic, the municipality plans to resolve the issue within the month. Theatre actors work with arrangements for special services. At this start yet to be linked to these kinds of contracts.
Actor Avni Shkodra has said it has been impossible to continue the evidence.
We have been in debt for the last five months of last year. We were forced to interrupt the evidence after we were in the minus. We have no motive, no financial opportunity to continue the evidence”, Shkodra said. He and his colleagues are paid 380 euros a month. The net wage would amount to 345 euros.
Testing has also confirmed director Blerta Rrustemi-Neziray. She has said that such a thing is done at the request of actors. But the most relative situation has been described by director Erson Zymberi, who was elected director general of the Gjilan Theatre from May last year. He has said that since he took office, the municipality has owed actors.
Arber Ismail Ismajli is head of the municipality's cabinet, Lutfi Haziri. He said we shared 100,000 euros last year, and the theatre has closed many obligations.
