Historian Pascal Milo during a TV debate at Orama said Gent Cakaj has resigned irrevocable to Prime Minister Edi Rama.
I personally, with all due respect for Minister Ditmir Bushati, think Rama's decision to get rid of the government is final. I guess it won't be part of the government anymore. As far as Busti's replacement is concerned, I'll tell you, the options could be two-three. As far as I'm aware, Cakaj has handed over the prime minister's resignation on January 10th. The resignation, according to information I have, is irrevocable in the case that Cakaj will remain in the position of the deputy foreign minister.
I think there are several familiar variants of governments from previous years. A version may be Cirpra's Greek version of Rama becoming foreign minister. The second version could be a new proposal by the prime minister for foreign minister. Recognising the will and type of Prime Minister Rama, I believe he will try to make a sui-generic choice that had been with plan B since the president postponed Bushat's dismissal decree.
