Gent Cakaj, Kosovo minister, the only one not decreed by Ilir Meta

Albania's president, Ilir Meta, has decreed today four new ministers proposed by Prime Minister Edi Rama.

So Anila Denaj is decreed instead of Arben Ahmetaj as Finance and Economy Minister Besa Sahini, Minister of Education instead of Lindita Nicholl, Belinda Balluk is decreed as Minister of Infrastructure instead of Damian Gjiknur and Elva Margariti, Minister of Culture in the country of Mirela Combaros.

The only minister elected by Rama who has not yet received the president's consent is Gail Caka. The head of state has not even decreed Ditmir Busat's dismissal from the post of foreign minister.
