SBASK through a media communiqué has commemorated Education Minister Shyqi Bytyqi and municipal education directors to commit themselves to implementing the demand for salary raises and not put pressure on strikers because it is prohibited by law, and if that happens then I will file a lawsuit.
Even on the fourth day, based on reports from nurserys, elementary and high schools and universities all of Kosovo's educational institutions were on a general strike, SBASK's announcement said.
During the day, the chairman of the SBASK Beftman Jasharaj and his associates have visited some of the schools of the Malisheva and Prizren municipality, where strikers in all these institutions have indicated they will continue the strike until the demand for improved cofficiency of 30 %s is met.
Otherwise, Martic has called on the SBASK to interrupt the strike and return teachers to the teaching process, but the latter have insisted that without the application, they will not do so, saying the strike could last even months. /Periscopi
