Nevertheless, the contract contains additional clauses, which argue the company's delays.

Metushi- Krasniqi has shown that these include serious working conditions from natural phenomena.

Citizens support the idea of the company being punished for delays.

Timevision has also tried to get answers from the company "Bechtel Enka" but the same haven't answered.

The first contract on the highway has been 42 months, but then it was added to an annex- a contract to postpone the contract until December 31st 2018.

KTV has also tried to get an answer from the contracting company for term completion of the work as well as the fine, but neither has it.
