In a 24-hour police report, the case has been described as sexual abuse of the person under the age of 16.
While Emergency Director Basri Lenyan has made it known that the girl has come to poor condition.
He has confirmed that there have been signs of violence to the minor and that following emergency care delivery the medical team has consulted, and the girl has been sent for medical examination.
Her father, S.K. admits she saw signs of violence in her daughter but didn't believe she was raped.
