The crown relationship without the presence of couples allowed up until several days ago an bidder in Skenderaj, who has already been arrested. He is allegedly binding over 40 extinguishing marriages between Kosovo citizens and those of the EU, Periscopi broadcasts.
The offender in Skenderaj, Cameron Beka, has been arrested. Crowned men from Drenica with women from EU countries
A wedding ceremony was being prepared somewhere in Germany. Similarly, the term was set for the couple to be crowned.
But all that was between the engaged ended at the moment the offender told the groom that his German bride was crowned to a Skenderaj man, reports T7.
In fact, he did not know that even the German girl who, without her knowledge, had received the data from the Skywright Community and had arranged German documents to a citizen from this municipality.
In fact, this is not the only case that the emissary office in Skenderaj had misused the data of citizens of EU countries to marry without their knowledge of men from Drenica.
A total of 42 cases. Following complaints from many EU countries, the Mitrovica Founding Prosecutor has been activated.
After the investigation, Kujtim Beka, who worked here at the Civil State Office in Skenderaj, was arrested.
The prosecution also questioned a large number of administration workers who were involved in this fraud in some form.
Beka was arrested by police under suspicion that she had issued false marriage acts used to regulate residence permits in Germany.
But colleague Kujtim Beka, citizenship official Hajzer Mustafa, says he was unaware Beka was dealing with such work.
Mustafa, however, believes his colleague will prove innocent.
And in the case of Kujtim Beka, municipal authority has already formed a disciplinary commission. The case has also been confirmed in the Constitutional Prosecutor of Mitrovica.
But this prosecutor's spokesman, Valon Preten, has not provided additional details in the case, until he has confirmed the arrest of Metom Beka for 30 days.
The prosecution has not detailed whether documents issued by the suspect have helped one of these 42 cases gain permission off Kosovo.
Meanwhile, misuse of authority and official duty and legalisation of false content is also condemned to the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo.
According to the Criminal Code, anyone who abuses office or official authority can be sentenced to imprisonment of six months to five years.
