The commission, which is headed by the opposition, has carried out work early last month. The content of the report has been rejected by only the two commission members belonging to the Democratic Party (PDK), which Chief Prime Minister Wessel directs. And, in the report, the biggest allegations of misuse of funds are thrown over PDK exhibits that had power, as if at the former head of this party, Hashim Thaci, now president of the country, or even former senior party officials who at various times have led the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MPJ).
Dardan Sejdiu is deputy from the Social Democrat Party's ranks (PSD) and has been chairman of the investigative commission. He has told the paper that the Commission's final report is the most important work document that has been done over the past few months and has recalled that, under the Law for Parliamentary Investigation, this document has prosecuted for the Parliamentary Headship. And based on the law, this Assembly forum has had to set it in order of the day for review within thirty days of the surrender day.
