The only five deputies who had given the vote against the Special Court

The first to go there today are Sami Lushtaku and Rrustem Berisha-Remi.

The Special Court four years earlier had given way to 82 Kosovo Assembly deputies who had voted for its establishment.

Only five of them had flatly denied these constitutional changes.

While Rafet Rama from the Democratic Party of Kosovo had abstained during the voting process in the Assembly.
