The representative of dentistry specialists, Mirjet Berisha, said they are demanding at least a specific deadline no matter how long the deadline will be.
Berisha says he has support from Health Minister Uran Ismajli, but according to her, support is also needed from mayors in the country.
We are gathered here to protest because we are unhappy and want to be employed in the public sector. We ask for a solution to be settled in this sector. With Minister Ismajli, we're on the line, but we have no concrete answers from him, we're more than 120 unemployed specialists, they work in some of the municipalities, while others are unemployed because they can open their own ordinance. We belong here and deserve to settle. The minister is willing to come up with a solution but also needs support from mayors or co-ordination is needed. We have requested that we have a meeting with the prime minister and the chairman, we are asking for nothing but to be given a date as we await”, Berisha said.
While dentistry specialist Arta Pollozhani said the main purpose of this protest is to employ specialists.
“The goal is employing dentistry specialists are very little incriminated in private institutions we expect support from government activists”, Pollozhani said.
For Valon Halit, who is a dentist of dentistry, they have been waiting for a solution to them since 2017.
Unemployed specialists Valon Halili said they are seeking a solution because since 2017 no solution has been found for them.
This is the third protest in a row two have been in front of the Health Ministry. The reason we protest is to give us a deadline. The promise in 2017 by the Ministry of Health has been that a solution will be made”, Haliti said.
Otherwise, dentists have protested in front of the Ministry of Health about two weeks ago. /eo
