The Ministry of Education, Science and Technology is continuing to seek to disrupt the strike in the education sector. While the SUBSHK has warned that if there are pressures, it will press charges, the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology again has calls for an end to the strike.
Education Minister Shyqi Bytyqi has held a meeting today with the directors of municipal education directors (DKA), where it has been discussed the situation created after the start of the strike in education and opportunities to get out of this situation.
He has in this case informed the directors of the DKA of all the commitment August has made, in order to reach an agreement as soon as possible to get out of this situation, which is mostly hurting students.
During this meeting, each of the DKA directors was declared to be strictly against the strike and expressed confidence that decision-makers very soon to find a solution, which would result in the strike's interruption.
From this meeting, the SBASK was called on to interrupt the strike in the education system, particularly in the day-to-day nurserys, as well as the working group was formed that will be led by Minister Bytyqi, whose part will be three DK directors and a representative from the Parents Council, a group that will hold meetings with SBASK representatives in the function of reaching a solution.
Otherwise, the SBASK has earlier warned that any pressure on teachers-gressors will file charges based on the Law on Strikes. /Periscopi
