Brazilian firefighters reported on Saturday that the death toll as a result of the flood of mud has reached 34. According to Reuters, Brazilian officials said 23 people have been added to the hospital and that about 300 people are still missing. According to Reuters, Brazilian officials said 23 people have been added to the hospital and that about 300 people are still missing.

Reuters further writes that this was the result of the destruction of a dam containing the mud of an iron mine.
