Court sends invitations to indictees in the case of false veterans

At the end of this month, sessions are expected to be held in which the Special Prosecutor's request for temporary measure will be put on the case of the fake Venterians.

Nuredin Lushtaku, who is one of the accused of this criminal offense, has admitted to the news.net has received an invitation to attend the session.

The news has also attempted to contact Agim Ceku, Demalian and Shukri Buya but has not been answered.

In September last year, news.net reported exclusively for the full indictment on 900 pages that Kosovo Special Prosecutor sent to the Pristina Constitutional Court against 12 defendants.

12 defendants: Agim Ceku, Nuredin Lushtaku, Sadik Halijaga, Shumbin Demalijaj, Qele Gashi, Shukri Buja, Ahmet Daku, Rrustem Berisha, Faik Fazliu, Smajl Elezaj, Fadil Shudreaj and Xavi Yashari, have been members of the Government Commission for recognition and verification of the status of KLA war veterans.

According to the Special Prosecutor's claims from the evidence provided so far has proven that illegal fees for war veterans of the KLA have been damaged in many of the 68m 153m and 533 euros.

We remember that the Constitutional Court had backed the indictment on October 9th, asking the Special Prosecutor for an upgrade.

The indictment had returned in order to clarify how the accused committed criminal work.

After that, the fulfilled Special Prosecutor has handed him over to court on December 7, 2018.
