Gjakova's prosecution had asked the Court to appoint indictees to Yll Jiha for the criminal offence.
Two days earlier, Gjakova's prosecution had announced that police were in search of former prosecutor's legal officer, now lawyer Yll Jiha, under suspicion that Thursday on January 24th, threatened Dardan Kokallen-person of security at the Gjakova Prosecutor.
On the other side of a proposal for KALLXO.com said there was evidence of videos that nothing happened in the prosecutor.
Gjakova's Gykata, rejecting the detention assignment of the prosecution's fugitive Jiha, releases the defendant in freedom, but to the same, the detention measure is imposed.
According to the court's ruling, defendants Yll Jiha is forbidden to approach the injured person Dardan Kokalla, as well as his work site -- the Founding Prosecutor's facility in Gjakova, near 50 meters.
After the prosecution's communiqué, that the defendant leaving the prosecution against the security personnel had used the words “you will see who I am”, “rugac” and other words”.
