The initial examination of the 12 accused has failed in the case known as the false “Veterians.
The chairman of the court, Nushe Kuka-Mekaj, has said the legal conditions for this session to be held and that the session will be postponed for another date, Koha Ditore reports.
Two special prosecutors will represent the indictment of knowledge in court as the false Vanterians.
In addition to special prosecutor Enver Krasniqi, who was appointed to represent this indictment, special prosecutor Valdet Gashi was present.
Minister Rhutem Berisha has not responded to the court's invitation.
“> due to the agenda I've had I couldn't attend the session. I have delivered my reasoning to the judge in time. At the next session, we will be present”, Berisha told KTV.
The defendants, Faik Fazliu and Smajl Elezaj, also missed the session. Fazliu through a letter to the court has said he is in medical treatment abroad.
Former heads of the Government Commission for the recognition and Verification of the Veterans' Status are expected to be formally recognised this Monday on charges Kosovo Special Prosecutorship charges in the well-known veterans' case broadcast Koha.net.
Agim Ceku, Nuredin Lushtaku, Sadik Halitaj, Shumbin Demalijaj, Qele Gashi, Shukri Buja, Ahmet Daku, Rrustem Berisha, Faik Fazliu, Smajl Elezaj, Xhavani Shudaj and Jashari are expected to sit at the dock of the accused.
