Budget hearing held Saturday

Headship has decided on February 2nd to hold the Kosovo Assembly session in which it will be voted for the 2019 budget.

Kadri Wessel has said that on February 2nd there will be nine points of the agenda, including the 2019 budget.

Otherwise, today Finance Minister Bedri Hamza, the entire time in the Assembly, has been applying with MPs for what they can expect if the budget is not approved.

He reiterated that the government has prosecuted him in the Assembly, and has been approved to the Commission on Business and Finance, and now remains to be voted on by MPs.

He also cited elections, where he said that without budget approval, the organisation of elections cannot be made.

If the situation comes to the elections, without the approved budget, I'm saying today that there's no money in the election organization either. You can then have a balance of banking as a shower, but to divide the money for election organisation, no decision or no law, you can't, so I'm asking you to vote and have the country continue on with payments to”,
