He said he was first notified by a person about a suspicious vehicle around 14:40. Later, according to him, it has been proven for the suspicious vehicle, where Kosovo police, along with KFOR, have made the explosion of this vehicle.
“Today, around 14:40 a person during the cleaning in the park has announced that he has observed a suspicious vehicle and police have gone to the scene where he has made the security of the location suspected of explosive vehicle”, Ibra said about Insader.
“Around 20:50, that's where the relevant units went along with a KFOR patrol where they made the explosion of this vehicle, passed without an incident, only had the explosion of that vehicle”, Ibra declared.
His claim may be that a person has thrown it in, or may have remained since the war.
