By contrast, Rector Kosumi, himself once violated the law in 2016, respectively, when for more than five months he held two important positions against law. For five months, he had held positions -- University Rector Kadri Zekaʹ in Gjilan and member of the State Council of Quality. Keeping these two positions by the former prime minister was investigated by the Anti-Corruption Agency. This agency had forced the prime minister to resign from one of his posts.
