The country's prime minister, Ramush Haradinaj, days ago, has considered it reasonable if a meeting of the European Union's Council of Ministers (BE) in February and the decision on visa liberalisation should be made, but connoisseur of political issues in the country, though they estimate it as a fair requirement, say nothing is certain about the decision on visa liberalisation for Kosovo.
In a proposal for the cognitive Telegraph of political circumstances stressed that some European countries so far have not shown readiness for visa liberalisation for Kosovo and that internal policies of member states are being expressed to the European Union Council of Ministers.
Analyst Ramush Tahiri in a proposal for Telegrafia stressed that the prime minister has justly issued such a statement, but whether it will succeed is unknown.
Tahiri has said European countries so far have shown no readiness for the visa liberalisation process for Kosovo.
The “depends on European policies, as so far they have shown no readiness. Internal policies of states are being expressed in the Council of Ministers of the European Union (BE) because countries cannot authorise the ministers for pro liberalisation. Ramush Haradinaj rightly submits such a request even formally, but will it succeed?” has said Tahiri.
Asked whether the visa liberalisation decision would be made in the first six months of 2019, he said: “I don't believe. The latest chance is as Haradinaj said in February, if the meeting is held, otherwise if there is no visa liberalisation”.
