Albania's Assembly meets today, has a very important agenda

The Assembly will consider today in the Plenare Seance the decree of the President of the Republic “for the nomination of Chairman of the State High Control”.

Also, the Assembly will consider the application of more than half a quarter of the Parliamentary deputies, members of the Democratic Party parliamentary groups and Socialist Movement for Integration “for establishing the investigative commission “for controlling the legality of the acts of executive power bodies and other state institutions in Mr. Gent Cakaj with “security concern” and implementation of the Information Management and processing Law without being previously equipped with this document in its quality as Deputy Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, or other state tasks”.

The Assembly will also review the “bill for ratification of the variable loan agreement between the Republic of Albania and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) for additional financing of the “project. dam safety”, ratified by law no. 40/2012”

The Assembly will consider today the design “for a change in decision no. 74/2018 “For establishing Independent Commission for Coordination, Monitoring and Following Law Implementation No. 115/2016 “For justice system governance bodies”.
