In Albania, she was held up as an accomplice in Germany

In an interview for Albanian D. Henri Hadziran, 26, from Fier, said it was <x0nderella” in Albania, while today it works as a scientific associate in the German Parliament.

He spoke in this interview about the protest of students in Albania and the circumstances under which it is developing, as well as the possible effects of it, while in the question “you have studied in Albania itself, how you experienced that period”, he replied:

I'm not ashamed to say that I've been stuck during my basic studies at the Faculty of Economy. Of course, my primary responsibility was, but a lot of things in that Fakulet, in my judgment, don't work properly. From sharing information, to dealing with professors, to evaluations, to teaching, and so on. We studied with a curriculum that analyzed the business of the first 30 years and those knowledge were not necessary in the current market at all. However, I have also known fine professors, who, apart from poor conditions, low pay, and unnecessary bureaucracy, have developed an exemplary teaching.

Now you've just finished master's studies in Germany, with good grades. What was the experience here?

As a student in Germany, I have had the best experience. I have funded my study by working as a salesman every week from 20 hours (10 Saturdays and 10 Sundays) at a souvenir store. It's been pretty hard finding time for other things and I've had to sacrifice a lot of social activities, but I don't feel sorry. I'm glad I've made it on my own. The academic study in Germany has not only formed me on the academic side but also taught me to analyze various problems in a structured way. It has taught me that despite the fact that the situation seems difficult, even the situation of daily life, if it structures and analyzes problems properly, you can find a solution.

What relief do students have in Germany?

The student card not only in Germany, but in Europe, it's every student's identification tool. In the student card, the public transportation ticket to Germany is also incorporated. Besides, with that you've got discounts in certain stores, in movies, in restaurants and so on. I think besides the student card, there's an official e-mail from the university for every student. So software can be downloaded, such as Microsoft Office or Citavi (to automate quotations in scientific writing), with reduced or even free prices. In Berlin, if you have an annual public transport subscription, you pay around 65 euros a month. As a student, I paid about 17 euros a month.

What motivated you to come up with better results in Germany?

My parents ' sacrifice to support me along my journey has been the main motivation to complete my studies. At the same time, personal ambition, concern of return to Albania has played a significant role if it did not end with success and so forth. The university environment has been more motivational, for it was where I became curious about things and read eagerly about them. The university's meritocracy has also been a factor that has positively influenced achievements at the university. During my study in Germany, I also learned something: When you fight for what you want, you can achieve it. I'm pointing to two of the famous American businessman William Clement Stone (1902-2002), sot. Red: “Shan the moon, but you don't get it, maybe pick up some” star. And “There's no smart Work without hard work”, so that means pretty much good jobs require effort.

Henri Hadziray, 26, born in Fier, conducted basic studies at the Tirana Economic Faculty in 2010-2014. In 2016-2018 he conducted master studies at the Sustainable & Environmental Management branch at the University of Ebersialde in Germany. In 2017 he performed a practice in Bundestag, where he had the opportunity to take the above photo of German Chancellor Angela Merkel. Since April 2018, he works as a scientific associate in the German Parliament.
