The high gap between evacuations and returns, which averaged about 300 thousand people a year in the last five years, indicates that some of them have fled and have not returned.
Travel figures, are not direct indicators of immigration, but they are an indirect indicator that many Albanians who leave “map” return to EU countries, Albanians cannot last more than three months, according to Schengen rules.
