Actual to 7 persons in Pec, for distribution and narcotics purchases

The Real Prosecutor of Pec, the Department of Criminal Crimes of the North, has filed charges against D.G.G., B.A., E.A., L.F. for the commission of criminal activity “Blerja, possession, unauthorized distribution of narcotics, psychotropope and analogoque”, and B.B. and M.K. for criminal work “Unauthorized narcotics distribution, psychotrotypes and analogologics.>

According to the indictment, defendants D.G., B.A., E.A., and L.F., at various times, as co-chairmen have bought and distributed different types of narcotics, with what Bleria, ownership, unauthorized distribution of narcotics, psychotrope and analogue”, from Article 273 of KPRK.

“While the other two defendants, B.B. and M.K., under the indictment, have purchased types of narcotics (marithmed and cocaine) with the intention of possession of B.A., E.A., and L.F., with what they committed the criminal work “Unauthorized drug possession, psychotrophope and analogo”, from below 275, KPR. With these actions there is good-based suspicion that the defendants have fulfilled the elements of criminal acts described as top-to-date”, reportedly the media report sent by the Pja Foundation Prosecutor.

The prosecutor of the case in case of the indictment, has proposed to the court that the defendants be found guilty and be punished according to the law for criminal acts to be charged with.
