Just hours after the incident at the city's No.10 Quarter, police have managed to clear up the circumstances, identify and announce the author.
Eric Balliu from the village of Slabinje of Pogradec is taught that he was riding in the car, as he was shot to death by firearms.
Two witnesses at the scene helped Corca Police Crimes officers identify the victim, the author, but they also explained the motive.
Police sources said the alleged author of this event is Olga Mustafaj, 34, a former convicted attempted murder but prosecuted for other crimes
