We can confirm that the case you're asking about has occurred. Today's morning a 19-year-old was found hanging by rope at a restaurant in Shtime where he worked. The motives that have led to this act are not known yet until investigators are on the scene and are collecting” information, Shaban said of Periscope.
This is the second case of the youth suicide phenomenon in Kosovo within the week.
