Diplomatic sources in Brussels claim they are minor in the likelihood that an upcoming meeting in Brussels could be organised for several reasons.
Among them are Vuciqi's commitments, which will travel to China, then the busy agenda of representative Moghrini, but also the vagueities that were created after the recent failure in Brussels and the visit of Serbia's president to the northern part of Kosovo.
The EU continues to be divided about ideas that were presented during the summer for changes to borders, regardless of what it calls these parties.
