No witnesses in the trial about the “Proto”

The judgment about the relation “Proto” is likely to develop without witnesses. The prosecution, based on the indictment, has not proposed the hearing of any witnesses, writes Koha Ditore today. The 85-page act, a copy of which has provided “Koha Ditore”, is based on other evidence, such as telephone wiretapping, court orders, police reports, paperwork and various institutional decisions.
Part of the accused have chosen to be quietly protected before the prosecution, while the rest have denied any criminal responsibility.
A minister, a former deputy minister, deputies of former PDK deputies, Kosovo Assembly Council advisers, as well as other officials, are charged at the “Proto” vicinity.
