Wessel's proposals at the Assembly of Headship (Document)

Kosovo Parliament Speaker Kadri Veseline has come up with several proposals today at the Headship Meeting

Wessel has said not to block the Parliament's work but to participate actively in the session.

According to Wessel, it will be decided that the two issues raised will be discussed separately and voted by MPs, and the outcome of the vote will be binding on all sides.
