Wessel speaks from Albania on the border issue: We don't have what we give or want to receive

He says Kosovo has nothing to give, nor will it receive land from anyone.

That is what he from Tirana said after his meeting with Democratic Party Chairman in Albania Lulzim Basha.

He gave support to the idea of national unity and spoke about the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue.

The “Dialogue between Serbia and Kosovo can only be based on the world-recognised reality and not on the return of issues that have been closed for decades, of an extraordinary human sacrifice, loss of lives and billions of dollars, euros and marks, of thousands of Western sons and daughters who have served with or without uniform, to ensure the peace and stability that was cemented with the independence of Kosovo<1>, Basha said.

Basha said the unity of all Kosovo leaders, even all Albanian leaders throughout, is needed.

While the head of The PDK, Kadri Wessel, has declared that all day long, that national consensus is needed.

The head of the Assembly said a unity group is needed, with only one goal -- Kosovo part of the UN -- NATO and the EU.

“To start the national platform as soon as Kosovo's final confrontation with the Serbian state, which has only one result, Kosovo at the UN. We only go with a very clear national stance, which is the will of our citizens, is the will of the sacrifices of our citizens, Kosovo to the UN, Kosovo to walk its journey towards the EU, NATO”, Veselin said.

He said they have the support of all friends in Albania, until he said Albanian parties are the biggest supporters of Kosovo's independence.

The future of Albania and Kosovo is in the EU and calm in the Balkans.

“Kosovo has nothing to give, Kosovo does not even want to take anything from others. Kosovo is an independent and sovereign state, has its own territory, Kosovo will strongly engage in Albanian rights wherever they are in the world, including the Presevo Valley, Medvedja and Bujanocin”, he said.

According to him, it is working for Balkan stability and they have no regional claims anywhere. He recalled that the Valley is beyond the reach of even Albanian performers. Wessel said he would engage in their rights.
