Vuciqi doesn't need permission, only to announce visit to Kosovo

Serbia's President Aleksandar Vuciq, under the principle agreement reached in Brussels, between Kosovo and Serbia, does not need to get permission from Kosovo authorities to visit his fellow Serbs in Kosovo. Former Kosovo chief negotiator in Kosovo-Serbia technical talks Edita Tahiri had clarified for the media [...] in March of this year.
Kosovo's former chief negotiator in Kosovo-Serbia technical talks, Edita Tahiri, in March of this year had clarified for the media following Marko Djurovic's arrest, that under the agreement Serbian officials should only warn the visit. But at no moment Tahir had spoken of preliminary permission.
The agreement between Kosovo and Serbia in Brussels envisions such visits being warned. However, the terms of the warning agreement on any visit to” must be respected, she said after Djuric was arrested under the argument that there was no permission to visit Kosovo.
If the terms of the agreement are violated, then the other side may reject the request to visit”, Tahiri had said.
The Serbian president is expected to visit Kosovo on 8 September and 9 September of this year.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has confirmed that he and his team “have been granted permission”, and that it will be forwarded to the Kosovo Police.
But Kosovo police in a media report deny receiving official confirmation of Vuciq's visit to Kosovo.
In March of this year, visiting a Serbian official -- she and the so-called head of the Kosovo office in Serbia's government, Marko Djuric -- had ended with his arrest by Kosovo police.
This with the reasoning that he had no permission to enter Kosovo.
