Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq ordered the army and then asked the police and BIA to stop any communication with the Kosovo Police, KFOR and every Albanian and international representative on the occasion of his visit to Kosovo.
According to Serbian media, President Vuciq will make a decision today whether to visit Kosovo or not.
Meanwhile, Kosovo President Hashim Thaci and Serbia's Aleksandar Vuciq will meet today in Brussels to discuss a normalised agreement between the two countries.
Not known about the meeting agenda, only that this meeting will be mediated by EU Chief of Foreign Policy Federica Moghrin
