Limaj, who days ago was voted by the Kosovo government as the head of the delegation for Kosovo-Serbia talks, has also been accompanied by Parliament Speaker Kadri Veselin and Deputy Prime Minister Dardan Gashi.
The central topic of these meetings, according to Limaj, has been the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue.
Limaj has thanked the Albanian state for the continued support the Albanian state has given to Kosovo.
The “in these meetings conveyed the message that we all need to be together and that dialogue with Serbia is not a matter with which it is calculated in the vote”, Limaj wrote, among other things, in his account at the Facebook.
Furthermore, Limaj has said that in the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, Kosovo is guided by its declaration of independence, by the country's Constitution, as well as by the International Court of Justice ruling.

The Albanian state has always helped and supported Kosovo in a brotherly manner, and this support was extended to us today by Albanian state leaders and political parties in Albania. At separate meetings today we met Albania's President, Ilir Meta, Parliament Speaker Gramos Ruci, former Presidents Sali Berisha and Rexhep Mejidani, and Democratic Party Chairman Lulzim Basha. The central theme of these meetings was the final phase of the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue. It was common agreement that Kosovo should enter this process as much as prepared and unique before the start of this important phase for the country. At these meetings we conveyed the message that we should all be together and that dialogue with Serbia is not a matter with which it is calculated in votes.
In the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, we are guided by the declaration of independence, by the country's Constitution, as well as by the International Court of Justice ruling. As for the final phase with Serbia, Kosovo enters this phase with clear objectives; reaching a final agreement with Serbia, which implies recognising Kosovo, as well as Kosovo's membership in the UN and other international bodies.
